LIZA MINNELLI named as a Distinguished Citizen of Buenos Aires.

After her September 24, 2012 concert LIZA MINNELLI was named as a Distinguished Citizen of Buenos Aires. It was presented to her by Susana Rinaldi, one of Argentina's most famous singers who also serves as a legislator in the municipal government.
